Kolonia Leśna is a group of 6 residential buildings up to 12 meters in height with an underground garage at level -1. The housing estate is located in the immediate vicinity of the woodland of Wydma Tarchomińsko-Nowodworska. The development has been built on a 5,100 square-meter-area. The usable floor area is 3,686.7 square meters. Within the estate, there are two playgrounds, green areas and internal roads.

Ostoja is a neighbourhood of single-family terraced houses. It is located in ul. Wakacyjna and ul. Letniskowa in Józefosław. The development project includes small dwelling houses with the floor area ranging from 49.6 to 128.4 square meters and terraced houses with gardens with the total area ranging from 251.6 to 318.4 square meters. We have carried out the second stage of the project on a 30,331.5 square-meter-area with the usable floor area of 7,613 square meters. The development is located near Las Kabacki. It includes green areas, internal roads and parking lots. A separate sewerage network has been constructed for the purpose of the estate.
